"GREAT LOCATION. I booked this hotel for my sister-in-low & my niece. My niece had to appear for the test & personal interview @ NMIMS which is very nearer from this hotel. This Hotel is just a stone’s throw from Juhu beach and well connected to a lot of areas of interest. The hotel has nice restaurants which serves decent food. Overall they had a pleasant stay at this hotel."

GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection.

The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable.

DDr Kevin RamdhunI reached early morning 3.am , I explained to the reception staff that I had a long flight connecting South Africa - Mauritius and Mumbai 31 hours and if I can get an early check-in , the staff namely Archie was fantastic , she asked me to rest and offered coffee , she managed to accommodate me , the staffs hospitality was excellent and the environment very friendly, my luggage was misplaced at the airport , the staff was compassionate and great .. excellent service and great hospitality . I will always stay there when I am in Mumbai not forgetting that the breakfast was awesome with a wide range of choice ..

YYUHotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting.
Impressive views.
Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class.
Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel.
Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

GGuest UserService and food was excellent. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, despite a small hiccup in combining my two bookings. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a hotel, and the service during dining was impeccable. Hotel room was lovely and just perfect for me. Despite being near the airport, due to road congestions it was slightly inconvenient.
Overall, I had en enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Mumbai. Also, this stay has made me have a positive outlook on Novotel and will look into booking them as my preferred stay in other cities too.

GGuest UserIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.
